The event is free but booking essential.
Booking via the eventbrite page will guarantee you admission and a seat on the night.
Coming to the screening
There is no allocated seats - It’s first come, first served with seating – you can claim your seats up to 45 mins before the screening. You are welcome to bring blankets and seat pads for extra comfort.
We can’t provide blankets, but we advise you to bring one along, as well as a jacket or coat and anything else you’d like to have with you after sunset as the temperature will be cooler.
Please don’t bring large bags or lots of stuff with you, as there’s no cloakroom available.
You’re free to take pictures of the screening area until the film begins, but after that, please don’t take photo or video once the film has started - the same piracy rules apply as they would for an indoor cinema. Also, please respect the privacy of our residents and your fellow audience members.

Weather and cancellation
If the forecast looks like rain, we recommend you bring waterproof clothing. You can bring an umbrella to site but once
seated We ask you not to open it so the person behind can still enjoy the film.
If the weather is deemed to be extreme or unsafe we will have to cancel before or during the screening. The screen can only be installed if the wind conditions allow and will be taken down if the conditions are unsafe. If we have to cancel before the screening you will receive an email from us.
