"I am so proud to finally be able to share a project I’ve been working on for the past few months! 🤗 I love the opportunities I’ve been given to work with women to help get them more physically active and building confidence in themselves. It’s become apparent to me over past few years, coming from an Asian background that there aren’t enough women taking part in sporting competitions or in the gym! And research has shown ethnic diverse women are less likely to participate in physical activity. It’s my time to have a bigger impact on tackling the inequality and really focus on building community through encouraging Asian women to come together through fitness! I am so grateful to be funded by @kingston_council and supported by @newmaldenpartnership to offer our weekly run club for FREE! 🙌 Please share & come along & join us for our first run club launch on SATURDAY, 6th of JULY.
